Electronic Staff Record (ESR): The Electronic Staff Record (ESR) is the largest centralised HR and payroll system in the world, with over 1.8 million staff records. Commissioned by the DHSC and used by all NHS Trusts, it enables organisations to pay employees and record their personal, employment, skills and training information. HR Shared Services: We are the centre of expertise for the NHS, delivering a comprehensive range of HR Shared Services to NHS organisations. These include Recruitment, Records Management, Learning Solutions and Professional HR Advisory.
