NHS Jobs future service update: pilot progress

As I write this we’re finalising the account creation process to allow us to on-board our private beta pilot partners ready to advertise vacancies in July.  This is a really exciting time in the project which allows us to get ‘live’ feedback as vacancies are created and candidates apply.

Whilst our first private beta partners are already on board, we’re keen to work with even more users. If you’re a GP Practice or charity and you currently use NHS Jobs please get in touch – we’d love to have you working with us and testing out the prototype NHS Jobs site in our pilot.

As you know the new NHS Jobs platform will be designed around user needs and we’re really grateful to Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust and Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust for hosting a day of user research.  We were given some space on site to test our prototype system with recruiters from various departments and the recruitment teams and also gained an understanding of training needs for a new recruitment system within the Trusts.  This has given us valuable feedback on the future design of the system.
