Prevention of using out of date application forms

Organisations currently using out of date application forms will not be able to extend the closing date of vacancies. Users will need to close their advert and make a copy if they would like to continue to advertise their role. This is to ensure that all organisations are using the updated versions of the application forms which were made available on 8 August 2019.

Vacancy FTP upload interface

A review of the vacancy FTP upload interface has taken place so that both safeguarding questions associated with Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended) are automatically included within the application process.

Search feature

Candidates will have the ability to search vacancies ‘nationally’ using the distance field, enabling them to view vacancies for their chosen roles across the UK.
