What our Private Beta Partners have said…

We currently have 19 Private Beta Partners testing the all-new NHS Jobs service and here's what four of those had to say:

Sunniside Surgery

During July 2019, our surgery participated in the pilot to create an advert and shortlist applicants in the new NHS Jobs service. We were the first organisation to successfully complete the process and provide valuable feedback to help shape the service for the future.

Due to our excellent reputation we received over 60 applications that were shortlisted down to 6 potential candidates with the advert closing a week early due to the high number of people wishing to join the practice. We have successfully hired the person for the role.” Helen McIntyre, Administration Assistant

The Hollies Surgery

I have found the service to be easy to use and the customer support has been very good. We have one applicant, who applied through the NHS Jobs Private Beta Pilot, shortlisted so far.” - Kath Hyslop, Practice Manager

Park Road Medical Practice

I have used the NHS Jobs Private Beta Pilot now on two occasions.  The first occasion I was assisted by the team whilst using the Pilot site.  I instantly liked the look of the Pilot site, which seemed to have a look of the HMRC website and was easy to use. Initially there were some formatting issues, so the first use of the site took some time. However, when I used the site independently I noticed that some of the formatting issues had been corrected and it was easier to move from one page to another. However, there were a couple of areas that I would have liked a degree more of flexibility and highlighted this in a previous email. Overall site is a definite improvement on the current NHS Jobs website.” Sandra Dowling, Practice Manager

The Roseland Surgeries

The system looks very simple and straightforward and has a far nicer look to the system overall, which made it feel much more user friendly." - Nicola Davies, Practice Manager
