We have a dedicated LGBTQ+ colleague network

Our LGBTQ+ network is one of our lived experience colleague networks. We create a workplace where our LGBTQ+ colleagues can be their authentic selves and truly have their voices heard, without fear or exclusion.
The network works with our other lived experience colleague networks - BAME, Disability and Neurodiversity, and Women - to provide safe spaces, awareness and information to support the inclusion of LGBTQ+ intersections and identities in our workplace. Membership of the network also includes LGBTQ+ allies, as inclusion doesn't happen without the fantastic support of everyone.

Our LGBTQ+ Colleague Network is there to:

• Provide a space for all LGBTQ+ colleagues and allies to come together as a support network for one another
• Be a 'critical friend' of the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA), to help identify issues and barriers in relation to NHSBSA polices, procedures and practices
• Promote LGBTQ+ specific awareness and learning across the NHSBSA
• Be visible role models across the NHSBSA

We placed fifth in the Stonewall Top 100 Employers list
