Flu vaccination advanced service 2019/20 - submit your claim via MYS

The community pharmacy seasonal influenza vaccination advanced service is now live and pharmacists need to submit claims via Manage Your Service (MYS).

Any community pharmacy in England can provide the service, as long as it:

  • has a consultation room
  • can procure the vaccination
  • can meet the data recording requirements
  • has appropriately trained staff

No registration or de-registration is required for the 2019/20 flu service. But all claims must be made via MYS - a digital portal that provides an online one-stop-shop for a range of services for pharmacists.

The paper claim form is no longer available and will not be accepted.
