NHS Business Services Authority Contact Centre wins two awards

The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) has won two awards at the CCA Global Excellence Awards 2024, which celebrate outstanding achievements in customer service excellence. 

The NHSBSA Customer Operations team were named Silver Winners in the Contact Centres – Great Places to Work category for their efforts to create an excellent workplace culture. The team also won Gold in the Most Effective Attraction & Recruitment Programme category, spotlighting their approach to talent acquisition. 

The NHSBSA is dedicated to ensuring it remains an excellent place to work. In our recently launched 2024-2029 strategy, 'Our People' is a key strategic goal, highlighting our commitment to fostering an inclusive work environment that promotes engagement and wellbeing. 

Kate Nesbit, Head of Customer Operations, said: “I’m delighted to hear that our fantastic contact centre colleagues have been recognised once again in the CCA Global Excellence Awards.  

“Not only did we win Gold in the Most Effective Attraction & Recruitment Programme category, but our Customer Operations team took Silver in the highly contested Contact Centres – Great Places to Work category.   

“Both awards are testament to the amazing efforts of our people in pursuit of excellent customer service. You should all be very proud of these achievements!”
