NHS Business Services Authority shortlisted in the 2024 Inspiring Workplace Awards

The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) has been acknowledged for its exceptional workplace culture, securing a place as a finalist in the 2024 Inspiring Workplace Awards.

In its submission, the NHSBSA provided insight into various initiatives aimed at creating an inspiring workplace in connection to the culture and purpose, leadership, wellbeing, inclusion, employee voice, and employee experience. These practices, implemented over the past year, support the NHSBSA’s dedication to prioritising its workforce.

In previous years, the organisers have grouped workplaces from Europe, Middle East and Asia, but this year there is refined regions of the UK and Ireland, Europe and Middle East and Africa. This adjustment ensures that winning organisations receive recognition specific to the public they serve and the services they provide. The NHSBSA has won in various categories over the last few years and hopes to continue its success in the upcoming ceremony.

Mark Dibble, Executive Director of People and Corporate Services at the NHSBSA, said: “I’m thrilled that we have been shortlisted as a finalist in the awards this year. The shortlist is already recognition that the NHSBSA is a great place to work, and we want to keep continuing to build on this.”

The Inspiring Workplace Awards ceremony for the UK & Ireland will take place on 16 May 2024.
