NHS Jobs and Reed.co.uk Join Forces to Fill Vital COVID-19 Roles in the NHS

NHS Jobs, the official online recruitment service for the NHS in England and Wales, is working with Reed.co.uk, the UK’s #1 job site, to promote COVID-19 -specific roles across the UK. Roles range from nurses and practitioners to radiographers, housekeepers and paramedics - and, of course, vital roles within the national Vaccination Programme.

There are currently over 1,200 COVID-19 critical roles that need to be filled. Healthcare assistants, nursing and occupational therapy positions are currently in the highest demand, followed by administrative roles such as receptionists and medical secretaries. Whilst the majority of COVID-19 roles waiting to be filled are for medical staff, there are also many non-medical roles available, such as those in administration and housekeeping - all of which play a vital role in keeping the public safe.

Reed.co.uk’s collaboration with NHS Jobs will help to fill these roles fast, with public appetite to support the NHS continuing to play an important part.
