NHS organisation once again named as best not-for-profit in UK

The listings are based on feedback from employees themselves about their experiences at work between 1st October 2022 and 31st December 2022.

Best Companies’ annual survey gives employees an opportunity to have their say about the organisation and help employers understand what the organisation is doing well and what it might be able to do to be better.

On top of this, NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) also placed 4th on the 'UK’s Best Big Companies to Work For'- the category for private and not-for-profit organisations that employ over 2,000 people.

Mark Dibble, Executive Director of People and Corporate Services at NHSBSA commented: "I'm particularly proud that we scored highly in the 'Your manager' section. It's clearly so important and it sets a standard across the business, we ensure consistency of management and equip everyone with the same set of tools. We focus on the wellbeing and inclusion of our colleagues and we help managers with informal problems too. We also have a virtual Leadership Lounge where people can share thoughts and ideas about management. It's been really productive and created a community of leaders that are better for it."

NHSBSA’s achievement goes even further as it is also listed for excelling in four regional categories.
