NHS Business Services Authority named best diversity and inclusion employer in UK healthcare

The TIDE benchmarking process looked at diversity and inclusion work across the whole organisation including policy, procedure and practice, recruitment, colleague training and development, communication and engagement, and more.

NHSBSA also came second out of all applicants.
