The TIDE benchmarking process looked at diversity and inclusion work across the whole organisation including policy, procedure and practice, recruitment, colleague training and development, communication and engagement, and more.
NHSBSA also came second out of all applicants. The Employers Network for Equality and Inclusion (enei) is the leading employer network promoting equality and inclusion in the workplace. Their role is to influence government, business and trade unions, campaigning for real practical change.
