Reminder of changes to your FP34C submissions

This is a reminder that from now, you must use Manage Your Service (MYS) to complete your FP34C submissions.

Usually you would be receiving your paper FP43C through the post around this time.

For your March declaration you must complete your FP34C submission in MYS, print off a copy and then send this to us with your paper prescriptions.

If you do not do this it can lead to a delay in your payments.
