Smartcard access to MYS coming to an end

NHSBSA’s Manage Your Service (MYS) is currently being updated and, from April 2021, users will no longer be able to access the portal using their NHS smartcard.

MYS is a digital portal that gives pharmacy contractors access to a range of services, reimbursement and remuneration tasks, including the Pharmacy Quality Scheme, seasonal flu vaccination advanced service and the NHS Community Pharmacist Consultation Service.

Pharmacy contractors can currently access MYS using either their NHSmail login credentials, or their NHS smartcard. Around 96% of pharmacies in England are already registered to use the portal using NHSmail.

From Sunday 18 April 2021, users will no longer be able to access MYS using their smartcard. Smartcard users must register to login using their NHSmail credentials before 11.59pm on Sunday18 April 2021.

For more information and to register for MYS access with NHSmail, download and complete the form on the NHSBSA website (www.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/mys) and send it to nhsbsa.mys@nhs.net
