NHS Jobs engagement events
During April the NHS Jobs team held five engagement events in Birmingham, London, Leeds, Manchester and Bristol. We would like to thank everyone who attended for their time and contribution; it was fantastic to meet so many people face to face and a great learning experience for us as a team.
The events were a new venture for us so we aimed to cover a lot of topics at a high level – allowing time to delve into more detail when it sparked a debate!
We were lucky enough to be joined by NHS colleagues who shared their personal stories of implementing NHS Jobs into their Trusts – huge thanks to Rachael, Lee, Victoria and Sally for being so generous with their time and knowledge.
Special thanks also to Olivia from NHS Employers who was kind enough to present the Step into Health campaign at more than one event.
One of the most interesting take-aways for us was that each event was completely different, despite having identical agendas. There was a variety in knowledge and use of functionality – the presentations that covered these are now available on the NHSBSA website.
We now have a huge range of feedback, as well as offers to take part in user research, which we’re taking on board and building into our plans going forward.
