NHS organisation named as a top global inspiring workplace

NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA), which has its headquarters in Newcastle, has come 64th out of 100, in the Inspiring Workplaces Awards first-ever global rankings.

The awards cover Europe and the Middle East, North America and Australasia and recognise and celebrate organisations that have created exceptional people-first workplaces. They honour those that have created a positive and inspiring work culture for their people – where they feel like they belong. Judges focus on Culture and Purpose; Leadership; Wellbeing; Diversity, Equality and Inclusion; Communication and Employee Experience.

Michael Brodie, Chief Executive of NHSBSA said: “I am incredibly proud that we have been placed in the top 100 inspiring workplaces globally! It is lovely recognition for our commitment to making the NHSBSA a great place to work. We put our people at the heart of everything we do, which has created a positive culture. The result is increased engagement, productivity, and a successful organisation.”

Founder of the Inspiring Workplaces Group, Matt Manners, commented: “There are no geographical boundaries to an Inspiring Workplace and the people who create them. It is with pride that we publish the Top 100 Global Inspiring Workplaces list for the very first time. Congratulations to those organisations that made both their regional list and the new worldwide accolade.”
