NHSBSA launches this year’s Community Pharmacy Assurance Framework screening questionnaire
Today, [28 June 2021] the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) has launched the Community Pharmacy Assurance Framework (CPAF) screening questionnaire for all community pharmacies in England.
Pharmacy contractors can access this year’s CPAF by logging in to the NHSBSA’s Manage Your Service (MYS) portal. Contractors who are not yet using MYS will have received a unique link to access the CPAF questionnaire through their shared pharmacy inbox or their individual inbox.
The CPAF questionnaire will take contractors between 10 and 20 minutes to complete, and a copy of the questions can be downloaded in advance of completion from the NHSBSA’s website.
Completion of the CPAF screening questionnaire is a mandatory requirement for each community pharmacy in England. Pharmacies have until 11.59pm on Saturday 24 July 2021 to submit their responses.
